    Er muss während der Durchführung von Arbeiten an oder mit der Maschine diese Bedienungsanleitung beachten. Die Firma Molex lehnt jede Haftung für Schaden ab, der durch Nichtbeachten von Hinweisen auf der Maschine oder in der Bedienungsanleitung entsteht. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist vom Benutzer der Maschine um Anweisungen aufgrund bestehender nationaler Vorschriften zur Unfallverhütung und zum Umweltschutz zu ergänzen.

    UP 60 TM-638018900 REV. B Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise Die pneumatische Universal Crimpmaschine UP 60 ist nach dem Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln gebaut. Beim Ausführen von Arbeiten, wie Aufstellen, Inbetriebnahme, Einrichten, Betreiben, Ändern der Einsatzbedingungen und Betriebsweisen, Warten und Instandhalten der Maschine, sind die in der Bedienungsanleitung vorgeschriebenen Ausschaltprozeduren zu beachten.

    MOLEX Crimpwerkzeug-System verarbeitet. Jede andere Einsatzart der pneumatischen Universal Crimpmaschine UP 60 ist nur mit schriftlicher Zustimmung des Herstellers zulässig. Jede nicht bewilligte Einsatzart der pneumatischen Universal Crimpmaschine UP 60 gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden lehnt der Hersteller jede Haftung ab.

    Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Herstellen von Crimpverbindungen, d. h. verbinden von Crimpkontakten mit Litzenleitern. Die pneumatische Universal Crimpmaschine UP 60 ist zur Aufnahme der in Kapitel 9 und 11 dargestellten Adapter konzipiert. Die Adapter dürfen nur mit den MOLEX spezifizierten Crimpgesenken bestückt werden. Die pneumatische Universal Crimpmaschine UP 60 in Verbindung mit Adapter, Fingerschutz und Crimpgesenke dürfen nur zur Herstellung von Crimpverbindungen verwendet werden!

    The pneumatic Universal Crimp Machine UP 60 is a pneumatic crimp machine for the MOLEX interchangeable crimping system, designed as a complete table top unit. With the pneumatic Universal Crimp Machine UP 60 the most common terminals on the market can be crimped with the MOLEX interchangeable crimping systems.
