Variable Speed Controlled Trigger
Switch
(Fig. 1)
Your tool is equipped with a Variable Speed
Trigger Switch 1. The tool can be turned
"ON" or "OFF" by squeezing or releasing the
trigger. The speed can be adjusted from the
minimum to maximum nameplate RPM by
adjusting the pressure applied to the trigger.
Apply more pressure to increase the speed
and release pressure to decrease the speed.
Adjustable Clutch
(Fig. 12)
Your tool features 21 driver clutch settings
and a drill setting. Output torque will in-
crease as the Adjustable Clutch 4 is rotated
from 1 to 21. The Adjustable Clutch 4 can be
rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. The
tool will stop rotating and make a clicking
sound as soon as the set torque is reached
during operation. Drill Setting 35, located
past clutch position 21, provides maximum
torque for drilling applications.
As the Adjustable Clutch 4 is rotated, the
numbers increase from 1 to 21 and the size
of the screw marked on the clutch increases.

Drill/Driver Operation

the size of the screw icons increases. Rotat-
ing the Adjustable Clutch 4 past position 21

sets the tool to the drill icon, putting the
tool in Drill Mode.
