Charging the Laser Level
(Fig. 2, Fig. 7, Fig. 8)
Charge Laser Level with
a USB cable provided by
Dremel. Use of other USB cables may result
in tool and property damage and personal
injury.
The Laser Level 15 is designed to charge with
a 5V 1A power adapter certified and marked
by an independent safety testing laboratory
such as UL, CSA, or Intertek (ETL). Always
use the provided USB-C Charging Cable 31
to charge the laser level.
Your Laser Level 15 does not come com-
pletely charged from the factory. Be sure to
charge the laser level prior to initial use.
To charge:
1. Insert the USB-C Charging Cable 31 into
the Power Adapter's 32 USB port 33
(not included).
2. Plug the Power Adapter 32 into a stan-
dard power outlet.
3. Plug the USB-C Charging Cable 31 into
the Laser Level USB-C Port 25.
The Charging Indicator Light 22 located on
the Laser Level 15 will turn on to signal the
battery is receiving a charge.
When the tool is fully charged, charging will
automatically stop and the Charging Indica-
tor Light 22 will turn off.
Note: The charging function stops while the
Laser Level 15 is running and resumes after
the Laser Level 15 is turned off.

When the battery is fully charged, discon-
nect the USB-C end of the USB-C Charging
Cable 31 from the tool. Unplug the Power
Adapter 32 from the power outlet (unless
you are charging another tool).
When the internal battery is depleted, the
Laser Level 15 will turn off automatically.
This will be a sudden stop as opposed to a
gradual dimming of the Laser Level 15. Sim-
ply recharge the Laser Level 15.
