CLEANING THE COOKING SURFACE
EN
Immediately clean up any liquid spills, particularly spills of high-sugar foods or sugar splashes,
to prevent them from burning onto the surface of the hob.
Remove any carbonised residue with a scraper and specialist cleaning products.
To clean your hob, use a soft sponge and water with a little washing-up liquid or a commercial
product recommended for the cooking hob.
Dry the appliance with a soft, clean cloth.
