[QUICK START] Manual program:
The quick start program (QUICK START) can be called up by pressing the start screen. Pressing again
starts a 3-2-1 countdown accompanied by an acoustic signal and you start training. The display begins to
show the training data one after the other in SCAN mode and you can set the desired resistance level by
turning the knob. Alternatively, you can start training directly from standby mode or from the start screen.
After the first rowing stroke, the quick start program starts. Presets are not possible with this program.
[AIM MODE] Preset program
In the preset program (AIM MODE) you can set a target such as time, distance, calories or number of rowing
strokes. The target value is then displayed in descending order down to zero. When the target is reached,
an acoustic signal sounds. To set a target, select it as follows: Press the start screen and turn one notch to
the right so that [AIM MODE] appears. Briefly press the [AIM MODE] display and turn to select the desired
target function: time (AIM TIME), distance (AIM DISTANCE), calories (AIM CALORIES) and strokes (AIM
COUNT). A value is preset for each target function and can be changed.
[AIM TIME] Time setting:
Suggestion: 30 minutes
(Optional setting 0:5:00-6:00:00 minutes.)
[AIM DISTANCE] Distance setting:
Suggestion: 3 kilometers
(Optional setting 0.50-99.90 kilometers)
[AIM CALORIES] Calorie setting:
Suggestion: 100 calories
(Optional setting 10.0-2000 calories)
[AIM COUNT] Stroke setting:
Suggestion: 500 strokes
(Optional setting 100-9990 CNT)
The lower display shows that you can start the program with this setting by briefly pressing the button or
you can adjust the target value by pressing the button for a long time. To change the target value, press the
button for a long time and the display will show (SET ...). The target value can now be adjusted by turning.
Once the default value is set, confirm the entry by briefly pressing the button. Briefly press the button again
to start training with your target value. A long press of the button for the target values takes you back to the
beginning of the entry or resets the target value.
[PROGRAM] Resistance programs 1-12
When selecting the program, select the training program category [PROGRAM] by turning the control knob
and confirm this by briefly pressing the button. Select between 12 different speed programs by turning the
control knob. In these programs, the specified time is divided into 20 partial intervals that automatically
change the resistance. The program shows a suggested time of 20:00 minutes that can be changed. By
pressing the head for a long time, the display changes to the time setting (SET PROG TIME) so that the time
can be set by turning the control knob. (Default option 0:5:00-6:00:00 minutes.) The lower display shows
that you can start the program with this default by briefly pressing the button or you can adjust the training
time by pressing the button for a long time. Once the desired time has been set, this must be confirmed by
briefly pressing the button. Pressing the button again starts the program with the desired time. An acoustic
signal sounds each time the resistance changes. When the program has finished, a signal sounds and
training is stopped.
[BACK] Back:
After the last option in the program (AIM MODE) and in the training program (PROGRAM), back
(BACK) appears in the display. You can press here if you want to go back to the selection of the
programs QUICK START, AIM MODE, PROGRAM.
If no input is made for 10 seconds, the display switches back to the previous selection.
