COMPUTER DESCRIPTION
Turn
START-UP
Plug the power supply unit into the power socket and into a
properly connected socket (230V~50Hz). The computer dis-
play shows the start display with the Christopeit Sport icon.
Briefly pressing the display brings up the quick start program
(QUICK START), which can be started directly by pulling on
the pull rod. All values are counted in ascending order and you
can adjust the resistance as desired by turning the outer ring
of the computer. If training is interrupted, the display values are
saved for 3 minutes and you can continue training from these
display values. The computer automatically switches to stand-
by mode 3 minutes after training has ended. The display on
the computer goes out and all display values are reset to zero.
OPERATION
There are the following 3 basic functions for operating the
computer:

Turning the outer ring to the left or right

Long press the display
DISPLAY
After plugging in the power supply, the start screen with the
Christopeit Sport ICON is displayed. Briefly pressing (or turn-
ing the outer ring one notch to the right) calls up the quick start
program (QUICK START) with a green light. Turning one notch
to the right calls up the default program (AIM MODE) with a
yellow light. Turning one notch to the right again calls up the
training program section (PROGRAM) with a blue light.
[TIME]
Shows the training duration in hours / min-
utes / seconds. The lower display shows
the speed in km/h.
[DISTANCE]
Shows the distance in kilometers. The
lower display shows the speed per 500m.
Press
[CALORIES]
Shows the calories in Kcal. The lower
display shows an approximate power in
watts.
[COUNT]
Shows the number of rowing strokes. The
lower display shows the rowing strokes per
minute.
[PULS]
Shows the current pulse rate, but only if an
optional Bluetooth heart rate belt is used.
[PROGRAM]
Shows the program profile. The lower
display shows the current resistance level
[LEVEL] and remaining training time.
[SCAN -
]
This function is always set automatically
and all available training data is displayed
one after the other, alternating every 6 sec-
onds. If you want to have a display value
displayed permanently, you can switch off
the SCAN function by pressing the select-
ed display value and the [
disappear from the display.
Resistance zone display:
During training, the currently set resistance
zone is shown on the computer display by
a colored light ring. The water tank light-
ing (can be switched off) also shows the
corresponding resistance zone in color.
The colors are assigned to the following
resistance levels: Blue - LEVEL 1-4; Green
- LEVEL 5-8; Yellow - LEVEL 9-12 and Red
- LEVEL 13-16.
