Inserting / replacing the batteries
To insert the 3 AAA-batteries, first remove the front cover for access to the battery
compartment:
- Push the front plastic cover upwards.A certain resistance, caused by the latching,
has to be overcome. (Fig. 3)
- The plastic cover can now be taken off, the battery compartment is accessible.
- Insert the 3 AAA-batteries. Ensure the correct alignment of the batteries. (Fig. 4)
- Slide the cover down to the snap-in point. The cover is now fixed again. (Fig. 5)

Automatic pairing
Lisa-Signolux devices can be used together immediately and without prior
pairing when delivered. By default, the Acoustic Universal Transmitter will be indi-
cated by receiver devices as follows:
- when pressing the function button as „Doorbell 2"
- when using connection socket #1 as „Doorbell 1"
- Connection socket #2 is indicated with the baby alarm icon
Important notice 1:
If the transmitter is to be displayed with an event icon of your own choice, this
can be done as described in the chapter „Pairing and assigning to event icons".
However, this causes the according receiver to lose the automatic pairing
function and every transmitter previously indicated on the receiver must
then be individually paired.
