Install the appropriate set of dies. Adjust the cam plate
to the measurement selected for the threading. To
do so, loosen the tightening handle, rotate the cam
plate until coinciding with the selected measurement
groove.

- Lock the tightening handle.
- Raise the pipe cutter and reamer.
- Lower the die head keeping the disengaging handle
in the closed position.
1. Start the machine. Ensure that the oil begins to
flow and, if not, stop and solve the problem.
2. Rotate the carriage hand wheel to bring the die
closer to the pipe end. Gently exert pressure until
the threading starts. Only allow the head to move
forward until the pipe pushes the trigger and the
threading head opens automatically. (Should you
wish to stop the threading operation simply press
the trigger and the head will open). Stop the
machine.
3. Rotate the carriage hand wheel and remove the
head from the pipe.
Open the claw holder chuck and the rear chuck to
remove the pipe from the machine.
