Battery
WARNING
■ The battery is not protected against all ambi‐
ent conditions. The battery may be damaged if
it is exposed to certain ambient conditions,
and damage to property may occur.
► Never transport a damaged battery.
► Transport the battery with the packaging.
■ The battery may tip over or shift during trans‐
port. People may be injured or property may
be damaged.
► Secure the packaging so that it cannot
move.

Charger
WARNING
■ The charger can tip over or shift while being
transported. Persons may be injured or prop‐
erty may be damaged.
► Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
► Remove the battery.
► Secure the charger with lashing straps,
belts or a net to prevent it turning over and
moving.
■ The connecting cable must not be used for
carrying the charger. The connecting cable
and the charger may be damaged.
► Wind up the connecting cable and attach it
to the charger.

Pruning shears

the dangers of the pruning shears Children
may be seriously injured.
► Close the cutting blade and switch off the
pruning shears.

■ Dampness can corrode the electrical contacts
on the pruning shears and metal components.

► Store the pruning shears in a clean and dry
condition.

dren.
■ The battery is not protected against all ambi‐
ent conditions. If the battery is exposed to cer‐
tain ambient conditions, the battery may be
irreparably damaged.
► Store the battery in a clean and dry condi‐
tion.
► Store the battery in an enclosed space.
► Store the battery separately from the prun‐
ing shears.
► If the battery is stored in the charger, dis‐
connect the mains plug and store the bat‐
tery at a state of charge between 40% and
60%.
► Do not store the battery outside of the
specified temperature limits,
