3. Before making the cut, check that no collision could
occur between the moveable stop rail (8a) and the
saw blade (6).
4. Tighten the locking screw (8b) again.
5. Move the saw head (4) to the upper position.
6. Loosen the rotary table (13) by loosening the locking
screw (7).
7. Use the handle (3) to adjust the rotary table (13) to
the desired angle
8. Retighten the locking screw (7) to lock the rotary ta-
ble in position.
9. Loosen the locking screw (23).
10. Use the handle (3) to tilt the saw head (4) to the left
to the desired angle (see also 11.2).
11. Retighten the locking screw (23).
12. Make a cut as described in 11.1.
11.6 Replacing the saw blade (6)
(Fig. 1, 4, 10, 11)
WARNING
Pull out the mains plug before carrying out
any setting, servicing or repair work!
ATTENTION
Wear protective gloves when changing the
saw blade! Danger of injury!
Tool required:
• Allen key, 6 mm (C)
1. Swivel the saw head (4) upwards and lock it with the
locking pin (25).
2. Loosen the fixing screw (5a) of the cover with a Phil-
lips screwdriver.
3. Fold the saw blade guard (5) up sufficiently that the
saw blade guard (5) is above the flange screw (29).
4. With one hand, fit the 6mm Allen key (C) to the
flange screw (29).
5. Firmly press the saw shaft lock (32), and slowly turn
the flange screw (29) clockwise. After max. one turn,
the saw shaft lock (32) engages.
6. Then undo the flange screw (29), by applying a
slightly greater force in a clockwise direction.
7. Fully unscrew the flange screw (29) and remove the
outer flange (30).
8. Remove the saw blade (6) from the inner flange and
pull it out downwards.
9. Carefully clean the flange screw (29), outer flange
(30) and inner flange.
10. Insert the new saw blade (6) in the reverse sequence
and tighten.

11. Fold the saw blade guard (5) downwards until the
saw blade guard (5) engages in the fixing screw
(5a).
12. Re-tighten the fixing screw (5a).
ATTENTION
The cutting angle of the teeth, i.e. the direction of ro-
tation of the saw blade, must correspond to the direc-
tion of the arrow on the housing.
13. Before continuing work, check that the safety devices
are functioning properly.
ATTENTION
After each saw blade change, check that the saw
blade runs freely in the table inlay in vertical position
as well as when tilted to 45°.
ATTENTION
Changing and aligning the saw blade must be carried
out properly.
11.7 Switching the laser on / off (Fig.
12)
Switching on:
1. Press the laser ON/OFF switch (33) 1x. A laser line
is projected onto the workpiece to be cut, indicating
the exact cutting path.
Switching off:
1. Press the laser ON/OFF switch (33) again.
11.8 Calibrating the laser (35)
(Fig. 13)
If the laser (35) is no longer showing the correct cutting
line, it can be readjusted. Open the screws (36) and ad-
just the laser by sliding it sideways such that the laser
beam hits the cutting teeth of the saw blade (6).
11.9 Operating the workpiece clamp
(15) (Fig. 1, 3)
The height of the workpiece clamp (15) can be adjusted
via the locking screw (16).
1. Lower the workpiece clamp (15) onto the workpiece.
2. Tighten the locking screw (16).
3. Turn the clamping handle (24) clockwise to clamp
the workpiece.
4. In order to loosen the workpiece, proceed in reverse
order.
