CAUTION
► If you do not remove the wiper arm, but only turn the wiper
and pull it off the wiper arm, the wiper arm may become
bent. This can impair the correct functioning of the wiper. If
the wiper must be replaced, always remove the wiper arm
as follows.
1. If necessary, remove the covering cap of the drinking
valve and then remove it from the cap together with the
frame.
2. Loosen the screws (see figure F-1 on the fold-out page)
and remove the wiper handle (see figure E-6 on the fold-
out page).
3. Unhook the cap from the visor frame, then remove it from
the front port by pulling it upwards over the drinking valve.
The drinking valve remains in the front port.
4. Remove the button (see figure E-3 on the fold-out page)
from the front port.
To do so, push apart the springs (see figure E-7 on the

arm.
12. Attach a new wiper to the wiper arm and tilt it by 180° so
that the wiper is aligned with the visor.
13. Replace the O-ring on the wiper shaft and grease it with
®

through the front port.
The flattened place on the wiper shaft must point to the

place.
17. Insert the button, push apart the spring and lock it into the
guide slots.

drinking valve if necessary, and then hook it into the visor
frame.
20. If necessary, pull the covering cap of the drinking valve
with the frame over the drinking valve and mount it to the
cap.
21. Mount the wiper handle, then fasten the three screws
(recommended torque: 60+5 Ncm).
