Attention: Make sure all screws and nuts are tightened before Exercise.
① Pull out the rubber plug and loosen the screw with a 6 mm Allen key
② Shake the column up in the direction of the arrow
③ Shake the column to a proper position, tighten the screw with a 6mm Allen key, and then
install the rubber plug
④ As shown in the figure, fix the armrest assembly with 4 M8 * 12 half round head screws
