2 Establish the delay time by pressing the "
preselected menu. For example, it is 8.30pm and you want the bread ready for 7.00am the following
day; the delay time will therefore be 10 hours and 30 minutes. Therefore, press the "

Keeping the bread hot
After it has baked, the bread can be kept hot for 60 minutes. To extract the bread, switch off the

Power cut
If there is a power cut that lasts less than 10 minutes, the programme will continue as soon as the
electricity returns. The programme time will be extended for as long as the time of the power cut. If the
power cut lasts more than 10 minutes, the programme will stop. If this happens, disconnect the appli- -
ance, let it cool down, empty the bread pan, remove the ingredients, clean and switch on again. If the
dough has not reached the raising phase when the electrical current is less, it is possible to press the "
" key to restart the programme.
ATTENTION: Do not scratch the non-stick surfaces of the bread pan (E) and the kneading arm (F).
Room temperature
The machine functions at various temperatures, but there is a difference in the dimensions of the
bread depending on whether the ambience is hot or cold. An ambient temperature of between 15°C
and 34°C is recommended.
Alarm indications
If "H HH" appears on the display after the programme has started, the temperature inside is too
high and it will be necessary to stop the programme. Open the lid and let the machine cool down for
10/20 minutes.
