BRIEF NOTES ON THE BREAD-MAKING MACHINE
Your bread-making machine is a labour-saving product. Its main advantage is that all the operations
of kneading, raising and baking take place inside an enclosed space. Your bread-making machine
will easily and regularly produce superb loaves, if you follow the instructions and keep in mind one
basic principle. The appliance cannot think for you.
It cannot tell you that you have forgotten an ingredient or that you have used one of the wrong type or
that you have measured something incorrectly. Careful selection of ingredients is the most important
stage in the process of preparing bread.
