Water quantity: in the case of espresso coffee, enter the number of impulses measured by the volumetric
counter, proportional to the quantity of water dispensed during the infusion of the coffee beans. For soluble
products, enter the time (in 10ths of a second) that the pump for making the product remains activated.
Ingredients: used to select the ingredient to add, selecting it from the previously set list with the
Ingredients icon.
Powder quantity: gearmotor operating time to dispense the powder product. Can be set in tenths of a second
(10 tenths = 1 sec.)
Powder steps: allows setting the number of phases used to dispense the powder. Meaning alternating the
powder dispensing phases with pauses. The system automatically divides the phases proportionally
Mixer suction time: mixer operating time after dispensing, to suck out residual vapours; programmable value
min.0, max 100, in tenths of a second (10 tenths = 1 sec.)
Once the various ingredients and their settings have been set and saved, they will be displayed on the recipe's
main screen:
The powder is graphically represented with a brown bar and the water with a blue bar.
If powder dispensing steps are set, they will be displayed with bars evenly separated by spaces.
