Enable nozzles out at the end of pre-wash: if the previous option has not been enabled the possibility is
defined to enable a complete movement of the nozzles in order to drain residual water from the pipes. Enabling
this option entails an increase in delivery time if there is a pre-wash.
Enable the anti-scale function (mixer wash): in addition to timed washes (see
a further timed wash can be enabled to improve cleaning and to reduce the scaling formation on solenoid
valves.
This wash can be set for each single mixer. Its duration is set in the "mixer time setting #" bar, and it is
carried out when the pause time after the last use (set in the "mixer gap setting #" bars) has elapsed.
Enable wash with nozzles out: by enabling this option, the automatic and sequential washes are carried out
with the nozzles in the dispensing position.
Configure Alarm 10 (coffee dispensing time-out) as non-blocking: defines the possibility of

enabling/disabling the blocking of all espresso selections in the event of Alarm 10. Even in the event of a non-

Set instant grinding: function not available on this model.
Enable automatic grinding: allows the enabling of the "automatic grinding" (if fitted). By flagging the box, the
automatic grinder gets enabled and it can be electrically powered. To set the wanted granulometry, which the
grinder will then automatically keep, go to the services menu and click icon
Enable XL espresso unit: this function must be enabled if the XL coffee unit kit is used in place of the
standard one.
Set cup column time-delay stop: this parameter adjusts the delay for stopping the cup column, which
ensures an accurate alignment between the tube and the cup outlet opening. The delay is counted from the
moment the cup presence microswitch switches over. By default, it is 12 tenths of a second. It can vary
between 5 and 30.
Set nozzles retract time-delay: adjust the retract delay of the nozzles at the end of dispensing. Default value
50 tenths of a second, but it can vary between 20 and 70.
Set boiler temperature: used to adjust the boiler operating temperature. The predefined value is 95°C, but it
may vary from 70°C to 120°C.
Boiler temperature delta: it represents the temperature differential, a value which is added to the boiler's
operating temperature to compensate the heat loss of the selected beverage caused by the dispersiveness of
the dispensing system after a period of inactivity. This value is predefined at +15°C.
N.B.: the sum of the above values cannot exceed 120°C.
Enable slave: this command enables the master/slave connection. A slave snack machine can be connected.
Once the box has been flagged in the main menu screen, the
access to the various settings of the slave machine connected.
