9.1.1 CONFIGURATION
Machine location: the physical position of the machine (e.g. address)
Currency: the name of the currency used is entered in full (e.g. Euro)
Currency symbol: this is the currency symbol that will appear alongside prices and credit on the tablet. The
symbols managed are € (euro) and £ (sterling).
Discount mode: The following discount types are possible depending on the option chosen in the drop-down
menu:
•
no discount.
•
discount in certain time slots.
•
discount on purchases with key/credit card (only possible in MDB mode).
•
discount for time slots and purchases with key /credit card (only possible in MDB mode).
N.B. To apply discount by time slots, the time slots required in the weekly timer must be defined
For machines with the cashless system, this command makes it possible to apply different price tables. The
selection of the table to be applied at the time of sale occurs automatically via the communication protocol
between machine and reader (only possible for MDB cashless systems which are provided with this option).
Enable autonomous kit : defines whether the autonomy kit is present or not. When the box is flagged, the
possible presence of a canister of water with pump is defined, which is necessary should it be impossible to
connect the vending machine to a mains water supply.
Set cup drop delay: allows the setting of a pause time after the cup release. The parameter can be set from
0 to 50 tenths of a second.
Enable cup detection photocells: defines whether the cup presence photocell is present or not.
Configure alarm 14 (photocells) as non-blocking: if this option is enabled, in the event of Alarm 14 - Alarm
4 - Alarm 23 the vending machine remains in service, but in "own cup" mode only.
Set no-cup discount (executive standard): with this option, a discount can be entered in the case of "own
cup" use (not valid in PRICE HOLDING mode).
Set line with no-cup discount price (price holding): if the Executive Price Holding protocol is used, an offset
can be entered in the price line and will be valid for all selections where prices are entered with the "own cup"
discount.
Enabling of free hot water: by flagging this box the selection of free hot water is enabled.
Enable pre-infusion: (espresso models) the pre-infusion can be enabled in the preparation of espresso coffee
beverages.
Setting of espresso unit pre-wash interval: (espresso models): to set the espresso unit, milk mixer and
instant coffee mixer pre-wash time _1 from 0 minutes (no pre-wash) to 60 minutes.
Setting of espresso unit pre-wash water quantity: (espresso models): to define the quantity of water
required for the espresso unit pre-wash. It can range from 0 to 50 cc.
Enable milk mixer pre-wash: to enable pre-wash of the mixer the milk is conveyed to.
Enable instant_1 coffee mixer pre-wash: to enable pre-wash of the mixer the instant coffee _1 is conveyed
to.
Enable pre-washes with nozzles out: enables milk/instant_1 coffee pre-washes with nozzles in the
dispensing position.
Enabling this option entails an increase in delivery time if there is a pre-wash.
