Troubleshooting
Before asking for repairs, check the symptoms with the following table.
Contact a dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution or if a
problem is not described below, or when having a problem with installations.

No image displayed
Only the color bar dis-

Cause/solution

Are the cables appropriately connected to
S-VIDEO output connector, RGB/YPbPr output
connector, HDMI output connector, and SDI out-
put connector?
Check whether the connection is appropriately
established.
•
Is the video output signal format of each output
connector compatible with the video format dis-
playable on the monitor?
Check whether the video output signal format is
compatible with the video format.
•
Is the monitor luminance appropriately adjusted,
or is the contrast appropriately adjusted?
Check whether the monitor settings are appropri-
ate.
•
Is the camera cable appropriately connected at
both the connector of the CCU and the connec-
tor of the camera head?
Check whether the connection is appropriately
established.
•
Is the camera cable appropriately connected at
both the connector of the CCU and the connec-
tor of the camera head?
Connection between the camera head and cam-
era cable is required to adjust the image quality.
Check whether the connection is appropriately
established.
•
Is the lens aperture appropriately adjusted?
Check whether the aperture is appropriately
adjusted.
Use lenses with recommended F number or
higher.
•
Try to change the setting of "DTL MODE".
•
Change the monitor cable.
•
When the screen is too bright, narrow the lens
aperture or set "ELC" to "ON".
