Note:

When using the mixer, make sure the blender outlet cover and meat grinder
outlet cover are in place and the mixer head is in the 'down' position and
locked. The mixer will not operate unless the blender outlet cover is correctly
grinder attached.

Before plug in the appliance, make sure the mixing bowl, mixing tools and the
splash cover are installed correctly and securely.

Do not switch on the appliance when the mixing bowl is empty, or the mixer
head is in the raised position.

Do not insert anything into the rotating tool or in the mixing bowl during
appliance is operating to reduce risk of injury or damage the appliance.

Push the splash cover onto the underside of the mixer head until fully
attached. (Fig. 1)

Press the head release button and at the same time lift the mixer head until it
locks in the raised position. (Fig. 2)

Place the mixing bowl on the recess of the main unit. (Fig. 3)

To lock the bowl - turn it clockwise until it locks into place securely.
•
To unlock the bowl – turn it anti-clockwise to remove it.

Insert the mixing tool (Dough Hook/Beater/Whisk) into the shaft on the mixer
head. (Fig. 4)

Select the tool you intend to use.

Insert the tool into the pin of the shaft, then push it up and turn it anti-
clockwise to lock into position. To release/unlock, push the attachment
towards the shaft then turn clockwise.
