Potato soup

• Using the Meat Grinder
It is ideal for grinding meat, beef, carrot, pepper, garlic pressing and making
meatballs, meatloaf.

Note:

The meat grinder is only used with this Kitchen Machine provided.

When using the meat grinder, make sure the blender outlet cover is in place,
the mixer head is in the 'down' position and locked, the mixing bowl is attached
and there is no tool inserted in the mixer head. The meat grinder will not

Before plug in the appliance, make sure the meat grinder accessories are
assembled correctly and securely.
Cut potatoes into cubes and mince the
onion. Melt the butter in a large pan,
add potatoes and onion. Brown them
for 5 minutes while stirring. Put aside
the remaining broccoli to the pan. Add
cheese and vegetable broth. Bring the
ingredients to a boil and reduce the heat
and cook for 25 minutes until potatoes are
cooked. Blend the soup until smooth and
add cream and seasoning to taste. Boil
salted water for 7 minutes. Pour soup
into plates, decorate with the reserved
broccoli, sprinkle with paprika.
