OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Speed control settings:
0 – Off
1-6 - speed settings: 1 – slow; 6 - fast
P – for ice crushing and a short burst of maximum speed. To use Pulse function,
turn the speed control to "P" and hold. To stop, release.
Overheating protection:
This appliance has an internal safety to prevent overheating. If it shuts down
because of overheating, reset the speed control to "0" and unplug it. Wait 1
minute and plug back in. If it still does not start, wait 30 minutes to allow it to cool
completely before switching on again.
• Using the Mixer
The Stand Mixer is great for everyday Yam pounding, mixing the thickest bread or
cookie dough, and whisking of cream/egg whites.
