Problem Cause
Insufficient feed Low air pressure
force
Valve 3121 0726 80 has stuck
or packings 0663 2124 00 are
worn (only ALF models).
Piston rod packing worn or
deformed.

Gauge for chuck bushing 22mm (7/8") hexagon shank Atlas Copco no. 3091 0038 00.

Use Atlas Copco no. 9090 0550 80 pressure gauge to test the water and air pressure.

Solution
Increase air pressure to 6 bar.
Dismantle the valve and clean it if necessary. Replace
packings if worn or deformed.
Replace the packing
