Working principle of a pusher
leg
Function
The feeding movement of the pusher leg is
powered by compressed air, which is directed
to the lower side of the piston and pushes the
piston out of the cylinder. For automatic return
(not BMK 62S) of the piston rod into the cylinder,
compressed air is directed to the upper side of the
piston.

Preparations before starting
1. Check the drilling equipment
Check that all of the drilling equipment is in good
working order.
Make sure that the air inlet port is free from
obstruction.
Ensure that the fittings are tight and leak-proof.
Warning
Always check for damaged or loose hoses and
fittings before operation. Whipping hoses can
cause serious injury.
2. Blow through the air hose
Every day, before to using the drill, blow through
the air hose to clear it of accumulated dirt and
moisture.
3. Fill the lubricator with oil
Note! Check that the chuck and drill-steel shank
are always covered with a film of oil.
Note! Always use a recommended lubricant.
