Care safety notes
Regular cleaning is a requirement for fault-free
operation of the coffee machine and for optimal
coffee quality.
Health risk/Hygiene
• Milk is very sensitive. Hazardous bacteria
can grown in the milk system.
> Clean the milk system daily after use with
the milk system rinsing process.
> Perform the 1x weekly system cleaning
after the end of the business day.
> After system cleaning, perform manual
cleaning of the milk foam and the steam
nozzle.
> Replace the milk hose if needed, no later
than after 6 months.
> Replace the mixer hose if needed.
> Observe all hygiene notes.
> Observe the HACCP cleaning concept.
Health risk/Hygiene
• Bacteria can spread in a coffee machine
which is not in use.
> Carry out all cleaning processes before
and after operating breaks of several days.
