It involves cleaning the ashes register of
your stove such as smoke zones.
First of all you must clean the whole
inside of the combustion chamber,
removing the inside plates of the stove
(only models with cast-iron plates and
model Abril) because of the soot uses to
accumulate on walls and it difficult the
thermal exchange. To do it, you must
unscrew the central screw and remove
the plates with caution. Then, brush the
surfaces with a wire brush to clean the
dirtiness
It is also necessary to clean the heat exchanger chamber, because of the soot difficult the smoke circulation. To gain access to this zone you
must remove the ceiling of the stove and then do the next operations:
-
Remove the cover (baffle-plate) of the top to be able to access to the register. Drawing D22.

Remove the register cover unscrewing the two screws. Drawing D23.
-
Clean the ashes deposited on the top. Drawing D24.
-
Replace all the pieces and check the staunchness of the register.
NOTE. The models Eva, Coral, Lola, Rita, Zoe, Alba, Kira, Nina, Princesa, Noa, Carmen and Abril do not have this upper cleaning register.

On the other hand, in the Rita, Zoe, Princesa, Noa, Alba, Nina and Kira models,
you can access the heat exchange zone and thus the smoke passage zone, by
extracting the rear cast-iron plate from the interior of the combustion chamber,
by loosening the different screws and, carrying out the following process (see
drawing D25):
-
Clean the ash deposited, removing the soot in this area of passage of
the smoke.

Relocate the parts and check the tightness of the register.
In the case of the Carmen and Abril models, you can access to the heat
exchange zone and thus the smoke passage by removing the rear vermiculite
plate or cast-iron (depending on model) from the inside of the combustion
chamber, by loosening the screw that holds it and by performing the following
process (see drawing D26):

Loosen the screws of the register
covers located behind cast-iron
plates or pieces of vermiculite and
remove the covers.

Clean the ash deposited, removing
the soot in this area of passage of
the smoke.

Relocate the parts and check the
tightness of the register.
When the top is clean, we have to clean
the smoke register placed on the bottom of
the stove. To do it, it is necessary remove
the lower decorative plate (depending on the stove model instead of this decorative plate it will be the front chamber to gain access to the
register) (see drawing D27) and then, do the next operations:
-
Remove the register cover unscrewing the different screws. See drawing D28

Clean the ashes deposited on the register, clean the soot deposited.

Clean the extractor forks and case. Remove the extractor if necessary. See drawing D29.
-
Replace all the pieces and check the staunchness of the register.
