Risk of injury associated with the device!
This device must not be used by children. The device and its

mains cord must be kept away from children and animals.
This device may be used by persons with impaired physical,
■
sensory or mental abilities or who lack experience and/or knowl-
edge if they are supervised or have been instructed on how to
use the device safely and have understood risks arising from
using the device.
Children must not play with the device.

Risk of injury associated with sharp blades! Never hold the
■
cross-blade adapter by the blades. Hold the top of it when in-
serting, removing and cleaning it.
WARNING of hot surfaces! The device will become
■
very hot during use. Make absolutely sure that you do
not come into contact with any heated parts during and
after use of the device. Only touch the handles and the
control dials while the device is in use or immediately
after it has been switched off. Only transport or store
away the device after it has cooled down completely.
Use suitable oven gloves when handling the device.
The device is not designed to be operated with an external timer

or a separate remote control system.
The device should always be unplugged from the power sup-
■
ply if it is not supervised and before assembly, disassembly or
cleaning.
If the device, the mains cord, the plug or the accessories of the
■
device is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or customer service department or a similarly qualifi ed person
(e. g. specialist workshop) in order to avoid any hazards.

Risk of suffocation! Keep children and animals away from the packaging material.

Ensure that the connected mains cord does not pose a tripping hazard. Do not allow
the cord to hang over the edge of a table or kitchen worktop. Someone could catch
him/herself and pull down the device.

Ensure that your work area is well lit when you use the unit.
