27 Button for activating and deactivating the heating function and the cross-blade
adapter
28 Push the TIME button and, with the rotary knob (26), set the cooking time in minutes
(max. 60 minutes); pushing the TIME button again will switch to the second setting.
Once the cooking time has elapsed, the device will automatically stop and all indica-
tors on the display will be set to 0.
29 TURBO The speed of the cross-blade adapter will increase to 10 (maximum speed)
as long as the TURBO button is pushed. For reasons of safety, this function dis-
engages when the contents of the mixing bowl are warm or when the heating
function is on.

cross-blade adapter to a value between 1 and 10
with the rotary knob (26). The maximum speed level

set the temperature (between 30 °C and 120 °C) that
the food will be heated to. NOTE: Only works with a
preset cooking time (see below TIME button)
