6.2
NOTICE
Do not clean the metering valve with soapy water. After
cleaning the measuring device, ensure that each metering
valve has been screwed back into the appropriate connection
on the measuring device.
NOTICE
Oil-free, grease-free and dry air in accordance with
DIN EN 12021 must be used for all cleaning, rinsing and

drying operations listed below.

1. After each use, blow out the tube holder (rubber part) with
air.
If the measurement indicates that the measured air is

contaminated:

2. Purge the device with air for at least 6 minutes.
3. In case of severe contamination, remove the measuring

device. Clean the individual components (excluding the
metering valves) with soapy water.

4. Dry with air.

5. Purge the metering valve
with air only in the
direction of the arrow.
6. Mount the measuring
device.
