IV - Temperature setting
The EuroCave S166 wine cabinets are multi-temperature cabinets.
Setting the temperature of your wine cabinet can only be carried out inside the win cabinet.

To adjust the temperature of your cabinet:
• Press and hold down the
temperature.
• Set the desired temperature using buttons
• Confirm your programming by pressing and holding down the P button for a few seconds.
Your programming will automatically be confirmed provided that no button is pressed during the 5 seconds following programming.

Temperatures can be set between 6°C and 19°C (43°F and 66°F).
The recommended temperature range for the lower serving section is 6°C to 9°C (43°F to 48°F); the recommended temperature range for the upper
serving section is 15°C to 19°C (59°F to 66°F).
The set temperature of the lower serving section must never be higher than that of the upper serving section.
To operate correctly, your cabinet should be located in a room with a temperature
between 12°C and 35°C (54°F and 95°F).
The temperature may need some time to stabilise when you have loaded a large number of bottles in the cabinet.
The cabinet requires several hours to reach the correct temperature. This phenomenon may occur when the cabinet is commissioned. This is not the
result of an operating fault.
Wait a few days. If, however, the phenomenon continues, contact your EuroCave retailer.
N.B. : Only prolonged exposure to temperatures outside the recommended range and temperature fluctuations are harmful to your wine.
When significant modifications have been made to the set temperature, your cabinet may require several hours to stabilise and display the desired
temperatures.
