TANDARD MAINTENANCE
Your EuroCave wine cabinet is a tried and tested, easy-to-use appliance.The following few maintenance steps
will enable your cabinet to provide you with many years of faithful service.
- Each year, you should replace the active carbon filter located in the upper air circulation hole of your cabinet.
Manually remove the carbon filter (see diagram opposite). You can obtain a replacement carbon filter from
your EuroCave retailer.The replacement part must be a manufacturers guaranteed part.
- Clean and dust the condenser (metal grid located the length of the rear wall of the cabinet) twice a year.
- When cleaning the back of the cabinet, and before moving it, make sure it has been disconnected from the
mains power supply and that there are no bottles left in the cabinet.
- Once a year completely clean the interior of your cabinet after after having unloaded and unplugged it (use
water and a non abrasive cleaning product, then rinse carefully).
Monitor your appliance regularly and report anything that may appear abnormal to your
dealer, helping to guarantee the long life of your cabinet

In the event of your cabinet not operating correctly, please contact your EuroCave wine cabinet retailer.
- If the compressor does not start even though the desired temperature is lower (more than 2°C (36°F) than room temperature, check the wall socket by
plugging in any type of electric appliance, and make sure that the on/off switch is in the I position.
- If the compressor does not stop, place your hand on the condenser (metal grid located the length of the rear wall of your appliance). Contact your dealer
if the condenser is cold. If the condenser is hot, set the cold temperature as high as possible. If the compressor does not stop, unplug the cabinet and contact
your dealer.
- In the event that the temperature sensor is faulty, the symbol "EO" is displayed.
Where the critical temperature threshold is exceeded, for temperatures below 5°C (41°F), the display indicates "LO". For temperatures above 22°C (72°F),
the display indicates "HI".
Use of a glass door can change your wine cabinet's performance in certain extreme
temperature conditions.
Any intervention on the refrigeration unit must be carried out by a qualified
refrigeration technician, who will check the circuit is waterproof before powering up. In
the same way, any intervention on the electrical circuit must be carried out by a qualified
electrician.
