5.2 Switch cabinet connection for door
monitoring
1. Connect all five safety switches (Fig. 40, item 2) to
connections X5 to X9 of the switch cabinet (Fig. 40,
item 3).
2. Connect the control device (Fig. 40, item 1) to the
switch cabinet (Fig. 40, item 3).
3. Connect the high pressure rail (Fig. 40, item 4) to
the switch cabinet (Fig. 40, item 3).
4. Connect the 5x plug-and-socket board (Fig. 40,
item 5) to the plug-and-socket board of the EPS
control cabinet.
5. Connect the power cable of the switch cabinet
(Fig. 40, item 3) to the 5x plug-and-socket board.

5.3 Work light connection
1. Route the power cable of the work light and the con-
necting cables of the safety switches (see Fig. 40,
item 2) and secure them with cable ties. There are
four plug sockets at the top of the rear splash guard
housing. The connecting cables can be affixed to
these plug sockets using cable ties.
2. Connect the work light power cable to the 5x plug-
and-socket board.
5.4 Connection of control device (A10)
5.4.1 Connection to the high-pressure rail

Connect the control device to the high-pressure rail
as shown in the terminal diagram (see Fig. 41).
