7. Empty the waste container.
Note
Always raise the waste container fully to the end posi-
tion.
If necessary, remove any adhering soiling with a dirt
scraper (optional) and clean with water. See chapter
"Cleaning the waste container"

2.0.4 Emergency operation hydraulic valve
The emergency operation is required for the following ac-
tivities:
● Raise lower the waste container if the device's hydrau-
lics have failed, e.g. due to a failure of the engine.

1. With the engine switched off: Turn the knurled screw in-
to the appropriate position, the waste container can be
raised or lowered.
2. Operate the manual pump with the hand tube located in
the box under the passenger seat.
3. Before starting work in the engine compartment, secure
the raised waste container with the red safety supports
(on the lifting cylinders) on the left and right.

Emergency lift pump attachment (ex-

2.1.1 Description of the emergency lift pump
attachment
The emergency lift pump can be used to manually raise or
lower the waste container or grit container when the engine
is switched off.
The emergency lift pump is accessible after swinging open
the fresh water tank and is operated with a plug-in hand le-
ver.
