Troubleshooting and Return Shipment
IMPORTANT
The device cannot be repaired by the user.
Never open the device and repair it yourself.
In the case of a defect, send the device to the manufacturer for repair.
Problem
Calibrator and touch screen
no longer react.
Sensor break.
Fan not running.
End temperature is not
achieved.
No display.
Calibrator cannot be
switched on.
If you are not able to remedy an error, please contact SIKA.

Possible Cause
The TP 37 / TP 3M is in an unde-
fined state.
External reference sensor not
properly connected.
Cable break or short circuit.
The fan is defective or blocked and
the temperature switch has trig-
gered.
Solid-state relay is defective or
heating / cooling element has
short-circuited or aged.
Controller defective.
Power supply not available or ther-
mal fuses defective.
Residual current circuit breaker
has tripped due to moisture in the
heating cartridges.

Turn off calibrator, wait a few
minutes, and then restart.
Recheck connection and connect
properly.
