Turning off the buzzer
Press and hold the SET button in normal display mode until the symbol BUZZER
OFF appears on the right above the wind direction display. The LCD switches to set-
up mode.
To return to normal display mode, press the ALARM button once. The symbol
BUZZER OFF will remain visible.

Reactivating the buzzer
Briefly press the SET button when the symbol BUZZER OFF is visible on the display.
The symbol BUZZER OFF disappears.
To return to normal display mode, press the ALARM button once. The symbol
BUZZER OFF is no longer displayed and the alarm signal sounds in case of an alarm.
Low battery indicator
The low battery indicator for the weather station and the thermal hygro outdoor sen-
sor appears on the top or bottom part of the LCD monitor when a battery is weak
and has to be replaced.
We do however recommend to exchange the batteries of all device components
once a year to ensure optimum accuracy.
Note:
After a battery change, you have to reset the weather station as well as the outdoor
sensor.

The data memory for the history data is deleted in case of a battery change.
Thermal hygro outdoor sensor
Outdoor temperature, outdoor air humidity, wind and rain data is measured every 4.5
seconds and transmitted. The weather station (basis and receiver) is synchronised to
the thermal hygro sensor (transmitter) for correct data reception. In normal cases, the
transmission range of the transmitter is up to 100 m but may be influenced by the
ambient temperature. In case of low temperatures, the transmission power may be
reduced. If the outdoor data is not received and displayed within 30 seconds after
commissioning, please check the following points:
