Press and hold the SET button for approx. 2 seconds. The air humidity display
begins to flash. To set the outdoor air humidity alarm value HIGH, press the + - or the
MIN/MAX button.
Press ALARM for confirmation. The display stops blinking. Now press SET to turn
the alarm ON or OFF. (The symbol (*) means that the alarm was set.)
Press the ALARM button once. The outdoor air humidity LOW alarm display appears.
Press and hold the SET button for approx. 2 seconds. The air humidity display
begins to flash. To set the outdoor air humidity alarm value LOW, press the + - or the
MIN/MAX button.
Press ALARM for confirmation. The display stops blinking. Now press SET to turn
the alarm ON or OFF. (The symbol (*) means that the alarm was set.)
Press the HISTORY button or wait approx. 30 seconds for the automatic return to
normal display mode.
In case the air humidity reaches a value that fulfills the alarm conditions for a HIGH or
LOW alarm, both the display value as well as the corresponding symbol (HI AL/LO
AL) start to blink.
Setting the wind speed alarm
You can set the wind speed alarm HIGH the following way:
In normal display mode, press the alarm button six times. The display of the wind
speed alarm appears.
Press and hold the SET button for approx. 2 seconds. The wind speed display
begins to flash. To set the wind speed alarm value HIGH, press the + - or the
MIN/MAX button.
Press ALARM for confirmation. The display stops blinking. Now press SET to turn
the alarm ON or OFF. (The symbol (*) means that the alarm was set.)
To return to normal display mode, press the ALARM button once.
In case the wind speed reaches a value that fulfills the alarm condition for a HIGH alarm,
both the display value as well as the corresponding symbol (HI AL) start to blink. The
buzzer will sound for approx. 2 minutes. By pressing any key, the user can stop the
buzzing sound.
Hysteresis
In order to compensate slight fluctuations of the measuring data, which may cause a
constant weather alarm signal if the measuring value is very close to the value set by
the user, a hysteresis function is available for each weather alarm.
