10.2 Operation
Press the "Mode" button to switch on the display. Pressing the "Mode" button again takes you to the
program selection menu, which can be recognized by the flashing program text. With the "Up" button
you can navigate between the menu items. Confirm your selection by pressing "Mode".
Some training programs allow you to adjust some training settings. If this is the case, the name of the
setting to be changed is shown. You can adjust the value with the "Up" button. By pressing the "Mode"
button, the set value is accepted and the menu changes to the next point.
If the display is in stand-by mode, the "Manual" training program is started automatically as soon as
the heart rate belt (NOT included) is put on or the rowing machine is used.
A radio connection to the heart rate belt is established automatically as soon as the belt (NOT included)
is put on.
If you want to change the current training program, pause the program by pressing the "START / STOP"
button. Then press the "Reset" button. When you have put on the heart rate belt (NOT included), press
and hold the "Mode" button while the display is restarted. If the program text flashes, you are in the
program selection menu.
You can pause or continue your training at any time by pressing "START / STOP".
To activate the Bluetooth function, press the "Bluetooth" button. The Bluetooth symbol is shown on the
display and a connection to the rowing machine can be established.
The display automatically switches to standby mode after four minutes if no training program has been
selected or the current training program has been paused.
10.3 Training programs
Manual
In the "Manual" training mode, you can train as you wish. No goals are set in this training mode. It runs
until it is stopped by pressing "START / STOP".
Interval
In the "Interval" training mode, you train in fast and intensive phases. Interval training promises an
effective improvement in endurance. The computer supports you and automatically switches between
the training and break phases at the times set in advance. The remaining time of the respective phase
is shown on the display in the "Time" section.
Target
In the "Target" training mode, you train until the desired goal is reached. You can set your goal for a
specific training time ("TIME"), distance ("DISTANCE") or a specific number of calories burned
("CALORIES"), beats ("STROKES") or a target pulse ("PULSE").
