Receiver volume/treble/bass control settings
The receiver volume can be adjusted during a call with the "Volume" slide
switch on the right side of the telephone.
Additional amplification can be switched on by pressing the
button.
When additional amplification is activated, the receiver volume can be
raised to up to 30 dB. If the amplification is switched on, the status display
will light up along with the symbol
in the telephone display.
The amplification also remains on when the receiver is placed back on its
cradle. The additional amplification is deactivated by pressing the
button again.
You can also increase treble or bass tones by an additional 10 dB using the
tone control (slide switch on the right side of the base unit).
HOLD
This function enables you to interrupt a conversation temporarily without
ending the call. Press the
button to interrupt the conversation
Hold
temporarily.
Inserting a dialing pause (PABX)
Press the
button to interrupt dialing for 1-6 seconds.
Inquiry button (Hook/Flash)
This function is required in order to activate certain T-Net features.
If you press the
R
button, the telephone line is interrupted for a certain
length of time.
Fixed setting standard 260 ms.
