18 - BELT TIGHTENING
To obtain correct tightening of the belt, proceed as follows
(Fig.24):
1. ensure the motor unit is positioned and fastened as previously
indicated
2. ensure the nuts D are loosened so the entire assembly can
move sideways
3. ensure the screw E is loosened and not pressing on spring F
4. ensure the nuts B are loosened so slide A is free to move
5. lay the toothed belt so it wraps around the drive and driven
pulley
6. move the support assembly C to the left until a first tightening
level of the belt is obtained.
Check the two branches of the belt are visible tight (no
bending downwards)
7. decisively tighten the fastening nuts D on the pulley unit of the
box
8. turn screw E until the spring F is almost completely compressed
(the spirals must touch). The length of the compressed spring
must be between 11-12mm.
9. Tighten the screws B
19 - ASSEMBLY OF CONTROL UNIT
(VALID FOR 1 DOOR AND 2 DOORS)
Unscrew screw B M3x20 with the toothed washer (Fig.9) already
inserted in the compartment for the bracket in the power supply
part, insert the fastening brackets, insert the M3x20 screw with
the toothed washer and tighten.

ATTENTION To facilitate insertion of the parts in the
channel of the housing, do not tighten the screws (Fig.17).
Insert the control unit with the screws in the channel of the
housing in the position indicated in Figure 29, after which insert
the key (Main-Key Fig.30) and wire the gearmotor cables on the
board as indicated in Figure 30A.

ATTENTION: in standard configuration the board
is positioned on the right of the motor, if required for
installation, it can be positioned on the left.

20 - ASSEMBLY OF BATTERIES MODULE
(OPTIONAL)
The batteries module kit is supplied in a box with:
• the batteries module
• bag of screws code SA40570
• cabling wires to connect batteries to the control unit
• battery charger board
There are no particular constraints to assemble the batteries
module on the crossbeam. Position it based on the space available
as indicated in Figure 31.
Insert the batteries module in the channel of the housing as
indicated in Figure 32.
To insert the battery charger board in the compartments inside the
control unit, unscrew the front casing and insert it in the specific
connector as outlined in Figure 33-Ref.A.
To wire the batteries module with the control unit, follow the
points below:
1. Make a bridge between + and - with the cable marked A
