9 - DATA FOR COMPONENT
POSITIONING
Use the main characteristics of the automatism to calculate the
positions of the parts (Fig.6-7-8):
• Door number
• T = length of crossbeam
• LUP = useful width of passage
• A = door width
• SC = end overlap
• ST = front overlap (only for a single door)
• PS = left empty housing
• PD = right empty housing
• PMDX = motor bracket position on DX side (see formulas)
• PMSX = return pulley position on SX side (see formulas)
• CEN = passage compartment centring (see formula only if
double door)
10 - LIMIT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (1 DOOR
CROSSBEAM)
The opening direction of the door does not impact on limit
switch assembly.
Assemble the two limit switches with 2 Allen screws 6x12 and 2
bolts M6 (screws kit), insert them in the channel one on the right
and one on the left. Position them according to the measurements
outlined in Fig. 14. Tighten the screws.
m
ATTENTION: The values PS and PD should be
considered only in the presence of empty housing on the
left (PS) and/or right (PD) (Fig.14).
m
ATTENTION: The limit switches must be correctly
adjusted at the time the doors are installed.
11 - LIMIT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (2 DOOR
CROSSBEAM)
Assemble the two limit switches with 2 Allen screws 6x12 and 2
bolts M6 (screws kit), insert them in the channel both on the left.
Position them according to the measurements outlined in Fig. 15.
Tighten the screws.
m
ATTENTION: the CEN (centre of passage compartment)
value is obtained using the following formula: CEN = (T - 6 -
PD + PS) / 2
m
ATTENTION: Value PS must only be considered in the
presence of an empty housing.
m
ATTENTION: The limit switches must be correctly
adjusted at the time the doors are installed.

12 - ASSEMBLY OF RETURN PULLEY
AND GEARMOTOR (1 DOOR
CROSSBEAM)
Use the nuts and bolts from the bag of screws and assemble them
on the motor and return brackets.
m
channel of the housing, do not tighten the screws (Fig. 16-
17).
The opening direction of the door does not impact on
assembly of the return pulley and the gearmotor, the
control unit understands the correct opening and closing
direction.
Insert the return pulley and the gearmotor in the channel
positioning them to measurement (Fig. 18).
For positioning, use the following formulas:
• For crossbeams up to 1559mm long:
• For crossbeams over 1559mm long:
Ensure the nuts indicated in Figure 19 of the return pulley are
loose, to later enable tightening the belt correctly.
13 - ASSEMBLY OF RETURN PULLEY
AND GEARMOTOR (2 DOOR
CROSSBEAM)
Use the nuts and bolts from the bag of screws and assemble them
on the motor and return brackets.
m
channel of the housing, do not tighten the screws
(Fig. 16-17).
Insert the return pulley and the gearmotor in the channel
positioning them to measurement (Fig. 20).
For positioning, use the following formulas:
• For crossbeams up to 2049mm long:
• For crossbeams over 2049mm long:
Ensure the nuts indicated in Figure 19 of the return pulley are
loose, to later enable tightening the belt correctly.
- 26 -
ATTENTION: To facilitate insertion of the parts in the
- PMSX = 29 (return pulley)
- PMDX = A - 272 (gearmotor)
- PMSX = 29 (return pulley)
- PMDX = A - 322 (gearmotor)
ATTENTION: To facilitate insertion of the parts in the
- PMSX= A - 165 (return pulley)
- PMDX= A - 126 (gearmotor)
- PMSX= A - 165 (return pulley)
- PMDX= A - 176 (gearmotor)
