Faults – causes and solutions

Installation, commissioning and maintenance must only be carried out by an authorised instal-
lation company with suitably trained specialist staff.
WARNING!
● When working on electrical units, there is a risk of death due to electric shock.
● Before performing any troubleshooting work on the heat generator and the condensate
pump, ensure that they are disconnected from any power supply and ensure that they
cannot unintentionally be restarted.
Fault
The pump does not start.
The pump is not conveying any-
thing.

Potential cause(s)
Power supply is interrupted.
Fuse is faulty.
Cable is broken.
Floats are stuck/level switch is
not functioning correctly.
Condensate supply line is
blocked.
Condensate drain line is blocked. Clean the drain line.
Solution
Check that the mains plug is cor-
rectly connected to the mains
network and
check the mains voltage.
Have the fuse replaced.
Check the resistance of the ca-
ble; if it is faulty or damaged,
have the cable replaced.
Clean the condensate collecting
tank (3) and floats.
Clean the supply line.
