Commissioning
NOTE!
Commissioning may only be performed
if the applicable local requirements and
regulations (e.g. VDE regulations) are
fulfilled and all connection requirements
are met.
4.1
Functional test
1. Ensure that the electrical connection is correct.
2. Pour clean water into the system and check
whether this triggers the pumping process
when the switch-on level is reached.
3. Check whether the system switches the pump
off as soon as the water level reaches the
switch-off level.
4. To check that the alarm is functioning, fill the
system with clean water until the water level
reaches the alarm level and the alarm switch is
triggered.

Maintenance
CAUTION!
Installation, commissioning and mainte-
nance must only be carried out by an au-
thorised installation company with suita-
bly trained specialist staff.
WARNING!
● When working on electrical units,
there is a risk of death due to electric
shock.
● Before installing and electrically con-
necting the product/system, ensure
that it is disconnected from any
power supply and ensure that it can-
not unintentionally be restarted.
NOTE!
For safety reasons, the condensate
pump motor unit cannot be dismantled.

Cleaning
collecting tank
The inside of the condensate collecting tank (Feh-
ler! Verweisquelle konnte nicht gefunden wer-
den.) must be cleaned regularly as follows:
1. Remove the condensate collecting tank (Feh-
ler! Verweisquelle konnte nicht gefunden
werden.) and clean it with a 5% bleaching lye
solution.
2. Check whether the floats are dirty and if neces-
sary, clean them with a 5% bleaching lye solu-
tion.
3. Replace the condensate pump tank.
4. Perform a functional test (see Section 4.1).
5.2
Checking
drain with check valve
NOTE!
● Do not use any aggressive cleaning
agents or sharp tools; these may
damage the seal.
● Only use clean water to clean the
check valve seal.
The check valve (1) and its seal must regularly be
checked for cleanliness and blockages as follows:
1. Turn the check valve (1) anticlockwise and pull
upwards to remove it.
2. Check whether the check valve (1) is dirty and
if necessary, clean it.
3. Check whether the seal is dirty and if neces-
sary, clean it.
4. Push the check valve (1) downwards and turn
it clockwise at the same time to secure it in
place.
5. Perform a functional test (see Section 4.1).
