Installation

The technical data for the condensate pump (see
Section 7), the protective measures (see Sec-
tion 1.3), and the applicable local and general reg-
ulations must be observed.
WARNING!
Improper installation or improper electri-
cal connection can pose a risk of death.
● Installation and electrical connection
work must only be carried out by an
authorised installation company with
suitably trained specialist staff.
● Before installing and electrically con-
necting the product/system, ensure
that it is disconnected from any
power supply and ensure that it can-
not unintentionally be restarted.

Installation instructions

The spatial requirements (see Section 1.4) must
be observed.
NOTE!
● Depending on the place of use, the
condensate pump motor unit may be
installed on the condensate collect-
ing tank (Fehler! Verweisquelle
konnte nicht gefunden werden.).
● There must not be any kinks in the
condensate lines.
3.1.1 Installing the condensate pump
NOTE!
Improper connection of the supply and
drain may cause the condensate pump
to malfunction.
● The supply and drain hoses must not
be pinched or kinked after installa-
tion.
● The permissible bending radius of
the hoses must be a radius of at least
100 mm.
● To ensure that the condensate is
conveyed optimally, the condensate
must flow unimpeded into the system
via the supply hose. The drain hose
must be laid at a steady incline.
● The hoses must be installed so that
they are not under any tensile or tor-
sional stress.

1. Position the condensate pump in a suitable lo-
cation as per the spatial requirements.
2. Insert the condensate supply hose into the con-
densate supply (2).
3. Attach the condensate drain hose to the con-
densate drain with check valve (1) and ensure
that it cannot slip by securing it with a cable tie
/ hose clamp.
