General information
1.1

Language

These Operating Instructions were originally writ-
ten in German. All versions of these instructions in
other languages are translations of the original Op-
erating Instructions. The Installation and Operating
Instructions are an integral part of the product.
They must always be kept near the product. Proper
use and correct operation of the product can only
be ensured by following these instructions pre-
cisely.
EC Declaration of Conformity
A copy of the EC Declaration of Conformity is an
integral part of these Operating Instructions. If any
technical changes are made to the models listed in
the Declaration without being agreed with us, the
Declaration will be invalid.
1.2

Fault-free operation

● The condensate pump must only be used in the
fields of application listed (see Sections 2.1
and 7).
● To guarantee fault-free operation, all of the in-
structions included in these Operating Instruc-
tions must be followed.
● The condensate pump must be regularly main-
tained by trained specialist staff.
● All regulations applicable at the place of use,
and all regulations on accident prevention and
occupational health and safety must be ob-
served.
● Any faults must immediately be rectified using
the troubleshooting instructions.

Protective measures

These Operating Instructions contain essential in-
formation that must be observed during setup and
operation. These Operating Instructions must
therefore be given to the installer and responsible
operator to read before installation and commis-
sioning. The general safety instructions listed in
this section and the specific safety instructions
marked with danger symbols in the following sec-
tions must be complied with.

Specific hazards
WARNING!
● When working on electrical units,
there is a risk of death due to electric
shock.
● Improper installation or improper
electrical connection can pose a risk
of death.
● Installation,
maintenance must only be carried
out by an authorised installation com-
pany with suitably trained specialist
staff.
CAUTION!
The condensate may be corrosive!
NOTE!
Condensate may cause damage to wet-
ted areas.
1.3.2
First aid measures
If condensate comes into contact with the eyes,
rinse well with lots of water. If problems persist,
seek medical attention.
1.3.3
Hygiene measures
Do not smoke or eat while working.
1.3.4
Qualification of personnel
Installation personnel must be appropriately quali-
fied for this work.
1.3.5
Hazards
