6.2.1.2 CONSISTENCY SET ADJUSTMENT ON LOGIC CARD.

This operation must be carried when replacing the logic card.
On the logic card, locate the trimmer T2 (SET 1) and adjust it so that the arrow cut for the
screwdriver indicates the hours reported in the test sheet enclosed to the machine. Then
check the correct adjustment of the consistency set on the "CT" card following the
instructions reported in the previous paragraph (par. 6.2.1.1).
It is advisable not to change the standard value reported in the test sheet. In case it is
necessary to change the ice-cream hardness, it is advisable to operate only on the
consistency trim on the CT ammeter card (par. 6.2.1.1).

6.2.1.3 CONSISTENCY HYSTERESIS ADJUSTMENT

This operation must be carried out when replacing the logic card.
Locate the trimmer T1 (DELTA POT) and adjust it so that the arrow cut for the screwdriver
indicates the hours reported in the test sheet enclosed to the machine. This adjustment
modifies the difference of power necessary to make the compressor start up again, with
reference to the switching off carried out when the consistency set has been reached. It is
readable by the beater motor card.
To check that the adjustment is correct, proceed in the following way:
Press the PRODUCTION pushbutton.
Wait until the machine signalises that the consistency set has been reached. The
machine automatically stops.
Proceed to the ice-cream delivery and check that once the ice-cream has been
completely withdrawn, after the compressor stop, the compressor does not start up
again during the 6 sec. post-mixing period. On the contrary, increase the difference of
power by CLOCKWISE turning the trimmer.
6.2.1.4 CONSERVATION TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
This operation must be carried out when the logic card is replaced or when the product
conservation temperature in the tank shall be modified.
On the logic card, identify the trimmer T4 (SET C) and adjust it so that the arrow cut for the
screwdriver indicates the hours reported in the test sheet enclosed to the machine. This
regulation changes the product conservation temperature inside the tank.
To check that the adjustment is correct, proceed in the following way:
Press the CONSERVATION or PRODUCTION pushbutton.
Wait for 4-5 hours and then stir the mixture inside the tank with the paddle provided as
standard.
With a thermometer, check that the temperature of the product inside the tank ranges
between +4° C and +6° C. In case different temperatures are detected, CLOCKWISE
turn the TRIM to increase the conservation temperature, COUNTERCLOCKWISE
rotate it to decrease it.
