5. OUTLET DOOR CLEANING
After discharging all washing water, press STOP;
unscrew the knobs, then pull the door to remove it
from the machine.
Lower the lever and take the dispensing lever lock
pin off.
Remove the dispensing lever and pull the piston
upwards.
Remove the O-rings by means of the apposite tool
provided as standard.
Thoroughly wash and sanitize all components.
Lubricate the O-rings with lubricant for food
industry FRIGOMAT only (included in standard
equipment).
6. BEATER CLEANING
Take the beater out of the cylinder and remove the
stuffing box.
Remove the scraping blades and the feed screw.
Thoroughly wash and sanitize all components.
Follow the reverse procedure to assemble the
whole again.
Mount the beater. Pay attention that the scraping
blades are positioned in connection with the slots in
the central rings and oriented as shown in the picture.
7. FEEDING NEEDLE VALVE CLEANING (gravity
model only)
Take the shutter out of the feeding needle.
Make use of the cleaning rod to accurately wash
the components. Sanitize with great care.
