- Restarting the pump
Reassemble the air damper and place it in its seat
in the pump casing. Check that the orifice in the
rubber valve lower end is not obstructed.
Insert the valve spring and the valve into the by-
pass duct on the pump casing.
Mount the plastic cover complete with O-ring on the
pump casing.
Assemble the front metal cap with valve spring and
valve; place it on the pump plastic cover and lift the
retaining spring. Insert the anchoring sleeve into its
seat.
Reassemble the anti-foaming device and insert it
into the mixture suction plastic pipe.
Install the pump on the threaded pins inside the
tank and screw down the knobs to roughly fix it.
Install the delivery pipe in the tank. To do this,
place it so that it can be coupled to the anchoring
sleeve.
Make sure that the pump is stable in its working
position by pressing the MIX pushbutton to run the
machine for a few seconds; then tighten the fixing
knobs.
9. SANITIZATION
Before starting up production, it is necessary to
sterilize the machine. Fill the tank with a solution of
water and non-corrosive sanitizer. Press the MIX
pushbutton to start up mixing. Let the machine rotate
for more than a minute so that the solution dissolves
into the water. Press the STOP pushbutton and wait
until the machine is completely sterilized (see the
manufacturer's instructions). Discharge the sanitizing
solution by means of the dispensing lever.
