Remove the pump cover. Take the spring and the
by-pass valve out of the pump casing.
Remove the air damper and disassemble it.
Remove the anti-foaming device and disassemble
it. Accurately clean the rubber diaphragm.
Make use of the tool included in the standard
equipment to remove the O-rings. Place all
disassemble pieces in a basin with warm water and
detergent. By means of the cleaning rod provided
as standard, clean the holes and the ducts.
Thoroughly wash and sanitize.
- To avoid damaging the rubber components and
the seals, never use solvents and/or diluents
during washing operations.
