ABOUT FOODS
FOOD
Eggs, sausages,
• Puncture egg yolks before cooking to prevent
fruits and
bursting.

• Pierce skins of potatoes, apples, squash, hot
dogs and sausages before cooking to release
steam.
Popcorn
• Use popcorn specially bagged for microwave
cooking.
• Use the Popcorn pad.
• Listen for the popping to slow to 1 or 2
seconds between pops.

• Transfer baby food to small dish and heat
carefully, stirring often. Check temperature
before serving.
• When heating baby bottles, test temperature
