Before You Call For Service
Please check the following before calling for service. It may save you time and expense.
PROBLEM
1
Part or all of Convec-
tion DrawerMicro oven
does not operate.

Food in Convection
DrawerMicro oven is
not heated.

Convec tion Drawer-
Micro oven light does
not work.

Touch controls will not
operate.

Display flashes.

Steam from the vent.

Fan noise
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Power cord of Convection DrawerMicro
oven is not completely connected to the
electrical outlet.
• Power outage.
• Fuse/circuit breaker at home doesn't
work.
• Demo Mode is on.
• No power to the appliance.
• Drawer controls improperly set.
• Demo Mode is on.
• Light bulb is loose or burned out.
• Control Lock is on.
• Power failure.
• During microwaving water vapor may
come from the left side of the vent (when
facing the microwave).
• After using Convection or Speed Cook,
you will hear the sound of the cooling fan.
The fan may continue to operate for an
extended period of time, depending on
the oven temperature.
• Make sure the power cord is tightly con-
nected to the outlet.
• Check house lights to be sure. Call your
local electric company for service.
• Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
breaker.

• Check if the controls have been properly
set.

• Call for service.
• See page 33 for CONTROL LOCK.
• Touch STOP/CLEAR pad and reset the
clock. If the Convection DrawerMicro oven
was in use, reset the cooking function.
• Once the oven has been properly cooled,
the fan will turn off.
