The steering unit has 4 buttons on the extension board and 2-segment display
inside the steering unit case, allowing you to change the settings.

X. STEERING UNIT PROGRAMMING MODE
1. Easy remote controls programming
The easy remote programming feature is enabled by factory default ("PC" =
on). In order to program new remote control press "OK" button for 6 seconds
until message "Pr" appears on the display and the lamp blinks. Then press any
button on the remote control you would like to program. The number of the
newly programmed remote control would appear on the display.

The steering unit automatically leaves the easy remote controls programming
function 5 seconds after programming last remote control.
In order to erase all remote controls which are in memory of the steering unit,
the "OK" button should be pressed and hold for 10 seconds. The lamp will
light up on permanently and blinking message Pr" will appear on the
display. Then, after 5 seconds the light will blink and new remote controls
can be programmed.

2. Entering the installer code
Entering the steering unit programming mode is possible after entering the
installer code. Please note that the gate must be fully opened or closed and
not moving.
WARNING! During steering unit programming mode
buttons and remote controls cannot move the gate.
NOTE: Factory default installer code is 1234, and the
following example shows entering procedure of this
code.

Press any key (CANCEL, (+), (-), OK).
Message " 00. " will appear on the screen:

Enter the first digit of the installer code (1) using (+), (-) buttons
Press "OK" to accept selection.
NOTE: The light dot on the display indicates selected
digit.

Message " 2.1 " will appear again on the screen and the last 2 digits can
be entered the same way.

The steering unit will enter steering unit programming mode.
In this mode the user can change all available parameters of the device.

MESSAGES" will appear on the display.
3. Changing installer code

Number between 1.5 - 13.3 will appear on the display. The number
indicates maximum current (in Amperes) drawn by the gate's motor which
will result in an immediate gate stop.

Use (+), (-) buttons to select new value.

Press "OK" to save new setting or "CANCEL" to return.

To return to normal operation press "CANCEL" button as many times until the
one of the messages described in paragraph "DISPLAYED MESSAGES" will
appear on the display.
